Programming

3 Programming Tracks Available*

Deep dive into specific industry topics . These editorially driven segments last approximately 60 minutes and consist of several connected sessions that ladder up to the track topic. Tracks run concurrently, and attendees self-select into  the sessions most relevant to their business.  


Each track will consist of 3 - 4 sessions - a keynote (typically from the brand or buyer POV), some kind of case study or TED-like talk, and then a panel, which will have multiple stakeholder POVs included.

Each track can have an exclusive sponsor, who would be brand aligned with the track topic and have both branding and thought leadership deliverables.​

  • Three (3) verbal acknowledgments by OAAA executives during the conference.​
  • Logo placement on conference website home page and sponsor section.​
  • Dedicated sponsor page on the conference website.​
  • Three (3) dedicated promotional social media post by the OAAA before, during, or after the conference.​
  • Final list of attendees with email addresses.​
  • Sponsor branding on the agenda, aligned with the track as “Presented in Partnership with Sponsor X.”​
  • Sponsor branding on signage related to the track.​
  • Sponsor gives a five-minute introduction, welcoming attendees, and framing the discussions.​
  • Sponsor will be included in a prep call with OAAA programming team to provide ideas for track agenda.​
  • One (1) sponsor executive will be included.​

3 Town Halls Available*

Town Halls are discussion-centered sessions programmed to address critical industry issues. These hands-on workshops are meant to allow for the exchange of ideas and thought-leadership driven networking. There will be no presentation or panel - instead, there will be discussion leaders pre-selected by programming and placed throughout the room to help drive the conversation. ​

Each Town Hall will be programmed around a specific industry issue or challenge with the end goal of surfacing potential solutions and/or articulating what the industry roadmap for these solutions could be. The final 15 minutes of each session will be focused on identifying and collecting these suggestions and take-aways.​

  • Collaborate with conference programming team to develop topic and discussion points. ​
  • Branding on signage related to the Town Hall. ​
  • Branding on the agenda, aligned with the Town Hall as “Presented in Partnership with Sponsor X.” ​
  • One (1) ten-minute presentation. ​
  • Three (3) verbal acknowledgements from general session stage. ​
  • Logo placement on conference website home page. ​
  • Dedicated sponsor page on the conference website.​
  • Three (3) dedicated promotional social media post by the OAAA before, during, or after the conference. ​
  • Final list of attendees with email addresses. ​

The sponsorship fees listed below do not factor in the production and shipping costs, which are the sponsor's responsibility.  Final designs must be approved by OAAA.

This exclusive sponsored email is sent to all registered attendees before the conference. Your company’s banner ad will be included in the monthly emails to registered attendees, Know Before You Go emails and the Post event emails (metrics reports, provided one week post event)​

Swag bags benefit brands beyond the conference. Suggested items to include a water bottle, pens, mints, sunscreen, and portable charging devices. Sales material will not be accepted. Limited Availability. Cost reflects quantity of 900.

Post (photo, graphic, and/or text) on OAAA’s Twitter or Facebook account about your organization and/or conference participation before, during, or after the conference.​

In-person event experiences start at attendee check-in. Sponsors are prominently featured on iPads, as guest badges are printed — branding is included on registration counters for extra visibility.​

Help conference attendees stay connected. Your company logo will be featured on the registration badge, and your company name will be the Wi-Fi access code.​

Conference attendees will stay connected and fully charged thanks to these strategically-placed charging stations sporting your company logo.​

Create a VIP section in the first few rows of the main stage with branded, comfortable seating. A table sign will include your company logo.​

Provide branded hand sanitizer & masks, for attendees. Your company branding will also be displayed at the medical desk, on all health and safety signage, and on conference promotional materials.​
