Upon completion of your registration you will receive the Omni Boston Hotel Booking link to reserve your accommodation.
Hotel reservations need to be made prior to 5:00 PM ET on Friday April 11, 2025. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability.

The Omni Boston at the Seaport is 3.1 miles and approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
Rail (Amtrak & Regional)
- Boston South Station: 700 Atlantic Ave, Boston, MA 0220. 5- 10 min car ride to the OMNI.
- Back Bay Station, 145 Dartmouth St, Boston, MA 02116, 15min car ride to the OMNI.
Parking: Valet & Self Parking Available.
Taxi's as well as ride-hailing apps, such as Uber and Lyft, also operate in Boston, including from the airport and train stations.

- Temperature: Highs around 60–68°F (16–20°C) and lows around 45–52°F (7–11°C).
- Rush Hour: 3 PM - 6 PM
A full refund will be granted if a written request for cancellation is received by email to events@oaaa.org by Friday, March 28, 2025, or you may transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization, pending event management approval.
No refunds will be granted on or after Saturday, March 29, 2025, or for no-shows.
Awards Show tickets cannot be refunded but can be transferred to a colleague within your organization, pending event management approval.
Registrants for the event will be provided the option to share, or not as they may choose, their registration information with sponsors and fellow attendees.
