Peipei Lin is the VP of Marketing for the Americas at RIMOWA, a global leader in premium luggage, owned by the LVMH group. As the first marketing hire in NA after the LVMH acquisition in 2018, she has played a critical role in RIMOWA’s global brand refresh. Peipei has been in the industry for 10+ years with an incredibly wide range of brand and marketing expertise across noteworthy consumer brands prior to RIMOWA. Kicking off her career at American Express, she supported brand innovation through first-ever digital partnerships to reach new and existing card members on FB, Twitter, Foursquare, Uber, and ApplePay resulting in headlines such as “160-year-old American Express Out Innovates Google and Groupon.”

Peipei went on to spearhead Sweetgreen’s nationwide growth in early 2015 through 4 product collaborations, including a “Beets don’t kale my vibe” bowl with Kendrick Lamar, 2 “sweetlife” music festivals, and opening 30+ stores in two years across 4 new markets. Following her success at Sweetgreen, she led brand and retail marketing for Bonobos through a brand refresh positioning Bonobos as the modern day menswear brand embracing diversity and “fit for every man,” amplified through a nationwide TV campaign, resulting in an acquisition by Walmart.
