Sheena Doughar is a marketing executive with over 15 years of experience in brandstrategy, integrated marketing, media, advertising, and public relations for beloved brands including Jack in the Box and Rubio’s Restaurants. Having spearheaded award-winning, buzzworthy initiatives including the 2023 Effie Award winning campaign – “The Return of Mark Hamill,” as well as being named a 2023 Business Insider Brand Marketing Rising Star.

Doughar is currently the Vice President of Marketing Communications at Jack in the Box where she oversees the marketing strategy through PR and Social, Brand Content and Paid Media.

Prior to Jack in the Box, Doughar was the Marketing Manager during her second stint at Rubio’s Restaurants. She managed brand building initiatives, digital strategy, and product launches. Previous to that she was Field Marketing Manager at Garden Fresh Restaurants, Senior Field Marketing Specialist at Rubio’s Restaurants, and Marketing Coordinator at Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The Art Institutes, and is a board member for the Jack in the Box Foundation. She is also a Sports San Diego Red Coat.
