Room Block Information: The link to book a hotel room at the Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis St. Charles will be sent after your registration is confirmed. Please make your reservations by Wednesday, March 4, 2026 to receive our group rate. Reservations made after this date will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be granted if a written request for cancellation is received by email to events@oaaa.org by Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 11:59PM ET, or you may transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization, pending event management approval.
No refunds will be granted on or after Wednesday, February 25, 2026, or for no-shows.
