Chuck is the Vice President of Risk Management/Safety for Lamar Advertising, where he has been employed since 2000. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Mr. Wigger worked in the field and as an Operations Manager in their Evansville, IN office before moving to Corporate Safety in 2007, where he overseas Environmental Safety and Health for approximately 3400 employees in 46 states and Canada. Mr. Wigger holds many certifications and accreditation's in addition to being a Certified Safety Professional and a Master Sign Erector. He is an Accredited Outreach Trainer through OSHA, for both General Industry and Construction. Mr. Wigger is a Certified Crane Operator, Rigger 1 & 2, Signalperson, Lift Director, and Practical Examiner through the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). He is the Chairman of the Mobile Crane Exam Management Committee for NCCCO. He is a voting member of the ANSI A-10 Construction Standards Development Committee and serves on several sub committees. He also represents Lamar with their Federal OSHA Alliance, and is a member of OSHA’s Construction Program Alliance Roundtable. In 2021, Mr. Wigger obtained the Associate in Risk Management credential. Mr. Wigger along with his wife Mykeal, and their 5 children, reside just outside of Evansville, Indiana.
