As OAAA’s Director of Industry Initiatives, Haylee supports the association’s internal and external initiatives that aim to promote and grow the OOH industry, including committee & councils, awards programs, and OAAA’s annual Discover OOH program.

Haylee has almost a decade’s worth of experience within the OOH industry, spanning across traditional, experiential, and programmatic planning and execution. She has represented a wide array of clients and advertisers, including some of the leading OOH spenders in the entertainment, tech, and CPG categories at specialists such Billups, dentsu, and most recently, Hearts & Science.

Haylee has thorough knowledge of industry best practices and expectations for both brands and suppliers and is dedicated to help serve and drive the industry forward in a collaborative manner.
