Kelly Metz is the Chief Investment Officer at OMD USA. She works to deliver the greatest return on investment in media on behalf of the entire OMD portfolio of clients. Metz joined OMD from Omnicom Media Group’s North American Center of Excellence where she was Managing Director of Advanced Television. Prior to joining Omnicom, she established her expertise across the media, data, and software industries.

Metz’s strength is in enabling clients, co-workers, and partners to achieve measurable success in the increasingly complex media and technology landscape. She spent her early career at Oracle, Yahoo!, and Adobe as well as a wide variety of media technology startups, with her most recent experience (prior to joining Omnicom Media Group) at Los Angeles based cross-platform media measurement start-up, VideoAmp. Particular areas of focus are media accountability, data management, media planning and buying and attribution.
