Natalie Miller serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Clear Channel Outdoor where she supports both the traditional real estate operations as well as Clear Channel’s airports division. In her role, Natalie is responsible for supporting the business on a wide range of matter types such as negation of traditional real estate and airport concession agreements, RFP proposals, advertising sales agreements, sponsorship and experiential agreements, and ACDBE compliance. Prior to joining Clear Channel, Natalie worked in the telecommunications industry as outside counsel before transitioning to an in-house role with the client.

Natalie received both her B.A. and J.D. from Duquesne University and is admitted to the Pennsylvania bar. She is a current board member of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and is a dedicated volunteer to the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program where she assists in the advocacy of children involved in the court system as the result of abuse and/or neglect.
