Glen Rectenwald serves as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Privacy Officer at OUTFRONT Media. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and technology transactions, intellectual property matters, privacy compliance, transit and municipal advertising franchise agreements, wireless telecommunications and infrastructure agreements, and OUTFRONT’s terms and conditions for advertising services and other product terms.

Prior to OUTFRONT, Glen was an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where he counseled clients on outsourcing, complex commercial agreements, technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters, and corporate governance.

Glen received his Juris Doctor from the Duke University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.
