Rachel B. Sherman currently serves as Associate General Counsel at JCDecaux North America, Inc., in New York City, where she began as Assistant General Counsel in 2014. Experienced in contracts, corporate governance, labor and employment, litigation support and management, and insurance issues, Rachel enjoys the diversity of her responsibilities. Rachel received her B.A. at Brandeis University and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. She is admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
