Michael R. Wardle is General Counsel for YESCO. YESCO is a family sign business in operation since 1920. YESCO designs, manufactures, installs, and services signs of all sizes and varieties. YESCO Outdoor Media operates over 2,000 billboard faces throughout the Intermountain West.
Michael is responsible for a broad variety of legal affairs, including contract negotiation, real estate transactions, corporate compliance, and intellectual property protection. Michael has been with YESCO for 24 years. Prior to joining YESCO’s legal department, Michael was Corporate Counsel for Hecla Mining Company in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University and a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University. Michael has been a member of the OAAA Legislative Committee since 2006.
