Kerry Yoakum is General Counsel for Link Media Outdoor. Prior to joining the Link Media, Kerry was the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, Inc. (OAAA) and practiced as an attorney for the Ohio Department of Transportation. Kerry received his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School, and his B.S. degree from the Ohio State University.
